PRIVATE BETA
Terms of use
These terms describe the current private beta framework. When separate terms are communicated, this page remains descriptive and does not replace them.

Beta access
Access to loqy is by invitation. It may be limited to specific workspaces, features, models, or tools during the beta phase.
Accounts are personal. Account holders protect their credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You use loqy in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights, and your organization’s rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or service protections.
- Do not add content you are not authorized to process.
- Do not use the service to harm, defraud, harass, or distribute malicious code.
Your content
You remain responsible for documents, instructions, keys, and other content added to the workspace. You must hold the required rights and permissions.
Product access rules determine which members can view or use that content.
AI outputs and tools
Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must verify them before any important decision, publication, or action.
Running a tool can create an external effect. Workspace policies and visible confirmations do not replace human review.
Third-party providers
Models, storage services, email, and other integrations rely on third-party providers. Their availability and own terms may affect certain features.
When a workspace uses a BYOK key, it remains responsible for its provider account and related usage.
Suspension, changes, and contact
Access may be suspended to protect the service, respond to an incident, meet an obligation, or stop abusive use.
The beta evolves. Material changes to this framework are published on this page. Before an invitation, use the access form and reply to its receipt; with an account, contact the workspace administrator.
